Yes! We offer a free introductory class to give you a taste of Jiu Jitsu and see if it’s a good fit for you. Just show up, sign the waiver, and have fun. We encourage you to participate to get a true feel, but if you would like to watch that is fine too.

Yes, private lessons can be a great way to turbo charge your improvement in Jiu Jitsu. Our coaches offer private lessons for an additional fee for those who want personalized instruction.
